Well, we have made it through the tummy bug!! Grace was sick all last week and even on this past Saturday...she was pitiful. Now we are back to normal....for the most part. Last Friday was Andy's birthday and in spite of Grace being sick we had a wonderful dinner at home topped off with the always yummy Birthday "cookie cake".
Yesterday we went with our church to Faith Mission here in town. Andy worked there most of the day...planting a new garden, painting a new bike rack and other folks worked inside to refinish the floors. We also pressure washed a collection unit to be painted on Wednesday. Although I wasn't there as long as Andy and the others, it was still nice to get out and do something for our community.
The weather has gotten nice again so this morning we went to the park and met up with one of Gracie's friends from school. Kayleigh was not a fan of the sand on her feet.........must be from her daddy........????
